  • All orders are delivered by DHL Standard Ground (5-7 Business Days). For 2nd Day Air delivery, please select appropriate check box upon checkout.

    We will do all we can to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. If you need your item(s) by a specific date, you MUST enter the date upon checkout in the "Date Needed By" field. We will contact you if your item(s) can not be delivered on the specific date requested. 

    In addition, please remember items that are not in stock can take up to 4 - 6 weeks to process. (NOTE: During the months of January, February, and March, items on back order can take up to 8 weeks).

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Marcea reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    RETURN POLICY

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please send your item(s) back to us insured Parcel Post.  Let us know if you would like something else for your return, your money back, credit card credited or a store credit for later use.  Please enclose the original invoice and return to Marcea Returns, P.O Box 48317, Los Angeles, CA  90048.  Orders must be received within 10 calendar days from the date of your order.  Your refund will be processed within 60 calendar days from the day we receive your return.  For an exchange, please enclose $5.00 to cover postage and handling.  All exchange requests must be received within 10 calendar days.  Soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items considered to be in other than "as new" condition cannot be returned.  There will be a 10% re-stocking fee on returned items.
